Key Responsibilities

Define strategic product vision for Cash Equity trading systems with focus on Front Office and client journey
Lead Agile squad delivery of execution systems
Perform analysis of end user requirements and functional specifications
Manage stakeholder relationships across business units and locations
Drive user adoption and system optimization
Oversee implementation of DMA and Algo order routing solutions
Guide technical implementation and testing processes

Requirements

Education

Good degree and/or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or Technology

Experience

Minimum of 10 years' experience in Equity Order Management System work

Required Skills

Strong domain knowledge of APAC/US/European equities Experience with Agile methodology Functional analysis capabilities Stakeholder management Strong communication skills Leadership abilities MS Office proficiency Jira expertise Data analysis capabilities
