Key Responsibilities

Define strategic product vision for cross-product order management system focusing on Front Office and client trading journey
Lead Agile squad(s) comprising scrum-master(s), BAs, developers and testers
Perform analysis of end user requirements and functional requirement analyses
Define user stories and test cases, manage user testing and system training
Track and report user engagement metrics and drive user satisfaction
Collaborate with Investment Solutions Group for market trend analysis

Requirements

Education

A good degree and/or Master's degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Technology

Experience

Minimum of 10 years' experience in Order Management System or Execution Management System

Required Skills

Strong domain knowledge of Private Banking products Ability to lead and influence Agile delivery teams Strong communication skills Proficiency with MS Office toolset, Jira, Data analysis toolset Good logical thinking and intellectual curiosity

Certifications

Relevant Agile certifications (advantageous)
