Key Responsibilities

Lead consultative selling process for mRNA and LNP technology solutions
Manage complete customer lifecycle from lead generation through after-sales support
Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on client requirements
Develop and maintain strategic client relationships in research and academic sectors
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure delivery excellence
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
Contribute to marketing content and promotional strategy
Handle quotation process and commercial negotiations

Requirements

Education

Master/PhD degree in life science or similar

Experience

1-3 years of sales experience
