Key Responsibilities

Lead professional development consultation for adult education programs with data-driven improvement plans
Design and deliver statewide training programs for adult education providers
Develop instructional materials and curricula for professional development initiatives

Mentor and develop other trainers in the network
Participate in strategic planning for statewide professional development programs

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Reading, English as a Second Language, Training, or related field

Experience

Four years professional experience in Adult Education and Literacy, including three years in professional development design and delivery
