Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise project management team overseeing $5.6B pedestrian ramps portfolio
Coordinate with multiple city agencies (DOT, DEP) on infrastructure projects
Monitor and optimize project lifecycle from scope development through completion
Manage engineering consultants and maintain project documentation

Requirements

Education

Baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration, or public administration

Experience

5 years full-time experience in engineering design/construction planning, with 2 years supervisory experience

Required Skills

Robust supervisory experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills General understanding of ADA/ProWAG standards Good interpersonal skills Strong data analytics capabilities In-depth knowledge of pertinent computer applications and data systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft PowerBI Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) Knowledge relevant to infrastructure work Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling Valid driver's license
