Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic oversight of Business Process Analysis (BPA) initiatives driving organizational efficiency and transformation
Execute complex analytical processes to identify critical business relationships and deliver data-driven solutions that inform executive decision-making
Apply sophisticated systems acquisition methodologies to evaluate technical and economic feasibility, directly impacting resource allocation and strategic investments

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.

Experience

15 or more years of experience performing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, quality, and risk). At least five (5) years of experience over the past ten (10) years (of which two (2) years of experience within the last four (4) years) were directly - related to managing or performing responsibilities similar to those described in each Order's PWS. Eight (8) years in a specialty related to personnel security being managed which includes scheduling and supervising project personnel.
