Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic manufacturing technology initiatives from concept to scaled production with multi-million dollar budgets
Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units to optimize operational efficiency
Manage complex project portfolios including technology validation, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment
Oversee facility modernization and capacity expansion projects
Lead VAVE CRB process and coordinate with Global Procurement
Direct technical teams and external partners to achieve project objectives
Present project status and strategic decisions to executive leadership

Requirements

Education

BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls or Industrial Engineering

Experience

8 years in engineering technical role (or 6 years with MS Degree)
