Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic medium-scale projects that directly impact AWS Public Sector customer success and organizational program goals, demonstrating measurable business outcomes
Design and implement scalable operational processes and efficiency mechanisms that optimize Tech Team performance and establish best practices across the organization
Lead comprehensive project lifecycle management including scope definition, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and successful completion with quality assurance

Requirements

Education

Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field

Experience

4+ years of program or project management experience

Required Skills

4+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Strong demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects Experience working with diverse geographical teams

Certifications

Agile, Project Management Professional (PMP), or other project management certification AWS Certification and/or familiarity
