Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of high-level Ministerial Meetings
Develop and analyze data models and performance metrics using advanced visualization tools
Coordinate programme budgeting and financial reporting
Design and implement survey initiatives and data collection frameworks
Provide policy analysis and development support
Facilitate organizational change management through workshops and consulting

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, management, economics or related fields; OR Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project/programme management and data visualization
