Key Responsibilities

Lead global operational capacity development and learning programs
Conduct consulting assignments and facilitate workshops across the Secretariat
Design and implement blended learning solutions with e-learning components

Requirements

Education

Advanced university degree (Master's or Doctorate) in business administration, management, learning management, economics, sociology or related field

Experience

Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in capacity development and learning programmes
