Key Responsibilities

Lead program development and implementation for Africa-focused trade initiatives
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and develop strategic action plans
Conduct policy research and analysis on trade development issues
Design and implement data collection frameworks and impact assessments
Manage program budgets and donor relationships
Lead field missions and provide technical guidance
Develop partnerships with key regional stakeholders
Coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives across African regions

Requirements

Education

Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in business administration, management, economics or a related field

Experience

Minimum of five years (seven with a first level degree) of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management
