Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination of iBEAM Assessment Automation System development, driving digital transformation of building assessment processes
Engage with industry professionals to gather strategic insights for system enhancement
Manage IT vendor relationships and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Optimize user experience design for assessment platform usability
Provide expert technical support for system users
Contribute to additional strategic initiatives as needed

Requirements

Education

Bachelor degree or higher in Building Analytics/Built Environment/Architecture/BS Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Sustainability/Town Planning; Master degree preferred

Experience

Post-qualification experience in smart city implementations, green building consultancies and/or community engagement initiatives
