Key Responsibilities

Lead technical project management for dental business unit with focus on regulatory compliance and product development
Drive international regulatory registrations and new product introductions
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships across global operations
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Conduct risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Present project status to executive leadership

Requirements

Education

Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline or related science discipline (mechanical, biomedical, materials science engineering strongly favored) is required, a Masters degree is preferred

Experience

5 years relevant work experience including experience working in a medical device regulated environment

Required Skills

Project management methodologies and tools Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Strong problem-solving abilities Presentation and influence skills Cross-cultural communication Microsoft Office Suite proficiency MS Project or SmartSheet expertise

Certifications

PMP certification preferred but not required
