Lead cost control and change management processes for complex technical projects
Drive financial reporting through Weekly Cost Report (WCR) and Monthly Cost Report (MCR) consolidation
Strategic interface management between Project Controls department and stakeholders
Risk and opportunity identification and management for budget optimization
Change order evaluation and process governance
Project execution standardization and best practice implementation

Requirements

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering / project management or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 10 years' experience in construction industry
