Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage comprehensive project controls team overseeing cost engineering, estimating, and scheduling for major infrastructure projects
Direct strategic financial forecasting and risk management processes for multi-million dollar projects
Oversee earned value determination and project financial status reporting
Develop and implement innovative cost engineering and planning solutions
Provide leadership and mentoring to project controls team members
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple subcontractors

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent)

Experience

13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience

Required Skills

Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions Cost engineering and estimating expertise Financial reporting systems knowledge Schedule development and control Strong oral and written communication Experience with large multi-contractor projects
