Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project controls team overseeing cost engineering, estimating, and scheduling for major infrastructure projects
Develop and present strategic project estimates and financial forecasts
Oversee risk management integration with key project procedures
Review and validate contract requirements for cost and scope definition
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project risk specialists
Direct earned value management and financial status reporting

Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent)

Experience
