Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage comprehensive project controls including cost engineering, estimating, and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure projects
Direct risk management integration with key project procedures and corporate guidelines
Develop and maintain strategic project forecasting and financial reporting systems
Oversee team development and capability building in project risk management
Coordinate complex negotiations and contract reviews for major infrastructure initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent)

Experience

Level 1: 13-15 years with degree or 17-19 years without; Level 2: 15+ years with degree or 19+ years without

Required Skills

Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications Knowledge of financial reporting systems and controller account codes Power BI expertise Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Client representation experience preferred
