Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct project controls strategy development from bid phase through execution
Manage cost engineering, estimating, analysis and scheduling for major infrastructure projects
Provide strategic oversight of risk management and integration with key project procedures
Direct and mentor project controls professionals including Cost and Planning Managers
Develop and present high-level project estimates and financial forecasts
Review and optimize contract structures and negotiation support materials
Integrate risk management processes with change management and forecasting systems

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent)

Experience

13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience

Required Skills

Thorough knowledge of cost engineering functions Experience in civil project execution processes Demonstrated management and supervisory skills Problem analysis and decision-making capabilities Contract requirements translation expertise Project controls tools implementation experience
