Key Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance and structural integrity planning with direct impact on project success
Design and validate critical temporary works infrastructure ensuring project safety and efficiency
Drive technical problem-solving through site inspection and engineering analysis
Manage stakeholder relationships including architects, clients, and consultants for technical alignment
Oversee project timeline adherence and progress reporting to key stakeholders
Execute Site Safety Supervision Plan with TCP responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in both design and construction phases

Requirements

Education

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent

Experience

5 years relevant experience in major Civil or Building projects

Required Skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese Project management Technical supervision Structural engineering Quality control Site safety management

Certifications

Chartered Membership of HKIE, IStructE, ICE or RPE (preferable)
