Key Responsibilities

Lead technical supervision of major civil and building projects with direct impact on Hong Kong's infrastructure
Develop and implement quality control systems for structural engineering compliance
Manage complex stakeholder relationships including architects, clients, and consultants
Drive project execution through technical leadership and problem-solving
Ensure regulatory compliance as Technically Competent Person (TCP)
Oversee critical path scheduling and progress monitoring
Coordinate cross-functional teams for construction delivery

Requirements

Education

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent

Experience

5 years relevant experience in major Civil or Building projects

Required Skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese Technical supervision capabilities Project management expertise Quality control management Stakeholder management

Certifications

Chartered Membership of HKIE, IStructE, ICE or RPE (preferable)
