Key Responsibilities

Lead the translation of complex internal and external customer requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents that drive strategic implementation decisions
Design and implement innovative logistics processes for both new customer acquisitions and existing client optimization initiatives
Optimize physical warehouse layouts and conduct strategic assessments of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Develop detailed process descriptions and translate them into functional specifications that guide critical IT system developments
Proactively analyze and assess customer logistics challenges to deliver value-added solutions that improve supply chain performance
Independently manage smaller-scale projects while actively contributing to larger strategic initiatives that impact company growth

Requirements

Education

bachelor's/master's degree in logistics, supply chain management or similar

Experience

Solid experience is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are more important

Required Skills

knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and logistics processes Experience with logistics automation solutions and implementations is a strong plus good knowledge of MS Office Excel (Visio and AutoCAD are a plus) strong analytical mindset highly structured critical thinking skills ability to maintain a broad perspective while paying attention to details ability to work independently and accurately strong communication skills in English, Dutch preferred
