Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic oversight of construction activities and progress monitoring, directly impacting project delivery timelines and organizational reputation
Drive critical planning, implementation and monitoring of work schedules in alignment with master programs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost management

Requirements

Education

Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.

Experience

For Senior roles, at least 6 years' experience in building or civil engineering project with at least one completed project cycle. For Engineer, a minimum of 2 years' experience in building engineering project.

Required Skills

Technical competence Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage Experience in architectural works will be an advantage Positive attitude and good team player Demonstrates a sense of urgency

Certifications

PE Board recognized degree is preferred
