Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project delivery accountability ensuring strategic alignment with contracted time, quality, and budget parameters while managing distributed teams across multiple geographic locations
Lead complex financial services technology implementations following FNZ Software Delivery Lifecycle protocols, directly impacting platform capabilities for 26 million end investors
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across all FNZ directorates to ensure seamless project execution and milestone achievement through strategic relationship management
Execute comprehensive project estimation and financial management processes, maintaining accountability for budget accuracy and resource optimization across single large-scale or multiple concurrent project portfolios

Requirements

Education

First class honours degree, masters, MBA or equivalent experience

Experience

Significant experience in leading the delivery of business critical projects, preferably Software implementations within Financial Services
