Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic production planning and scheduling optimization for robotic homebuilding facility
Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and leadership teams
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to maximize operational efficiency
Oversee supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure seamless project execution
Implement and optimize production metrics tracking and reporting systems
Direct project documentation and permit acquisition processes

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field

Experience

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing
