Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of brownfield critical projects portfolio across multiple onshore facilities, driving operational excellence and risk mitigation
P&L accountability with full commercial responsibility for project financial performance and margin optimization
Cross-functional leadership of project teams, ensuring delivery excellence across engineering, procurement, and construction phases
Stakeholder relationship management at executive level, including client engagement and contractor coordination
Technical governance and quality assurance leadership across all project phases
Strategic resource allocation and team development to optimize project outcomes

Requirements

Education

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university

Experience

Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant experience in major Brownfield oil & gas projects, including at least five (5) years in similar position

Required Skills

Demonstrable ability to manage EPC and / or EPCM contracts Experience in stakeholder management Commercial and technical risk management expertise Strong knowledge of project management techniques Cash flow management capabilities Contract management expertise Quality assurance knowledge Information management proficiency

Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Associate in Project Management (APM) or equivalent certification preferred
