Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate comprehensive project execution across all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions, serving as the strategic nerve center for high-value luxury interior projects
Lead cross-functional management of critical project areas including mobilization, engineering oversight, construction management, quality assurance, procurement strategy, risk mitigation, health and safety compliance, and commercial operations
Serve as the primary client representative and vendor liaison, managing complex stakeholder relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining LSI Company's reputation for excellence
Drive technical excellence initiatives and quality improvement processes, establishing benchmarks that elevate project standards and client satisfaction in the luxury market segment
Mobilize and coordinate company-wide resources through strategic collaboration with support departments, field offices, and subsidiaries to build high-performing project teams
Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and strategic plans while ensuring adherence to financial targets and timeline commitments
Implement corrective action plans for potential cost overruns or schedule delays, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and change management capabilities

Requirements

Education

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Masters or PHD is an advantage

8+ years in construction industry, 3+ years as Project Manager, 3+ years in Luxury Villa/Hotel Turnkey projects
