Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery from sales handover to closure across multiple geographies
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including risk registers and RACI models
Build and manage strategic relationships with key client stakeholders
Contribute to PMO methodology development and mentoring of junior team members
Drive cross-functional collaboration while managing 2-6 concurrent projects
Represent company at industry user-groups and promote PMO services
Ensure quality assurance and documentation standards across project lifecycle

Requirements

Education

BA Degree/Hons/MSc/MBA qualified in any discipline (preferred)

Experience

5+ years in project management role, preferably within IT industry

Required Skills

SAP experience within any SAP discipline e.g Basis, HCM, MM, PP, SD, FI, ABAP Agile/PRINCE2 project environment experience Microsoft Office proficiency Multi-project management capabilities Independent work capability Strong documentation skills Presentation skills Multi-lingual capabilities preferred

Certifications

PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, PMP, MSP, PMI, or PMQ certification required SAP Activate PM qualification (desired)
