Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Experience

7+ years of project management experience, 3+ years leading Scrum teams

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana) Experience with managing distributed, remote, or hybrid teams Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills Experience in enterprise software delivery, cloud projects, or DevOps environments Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) Experience with resource planning and vendor management
