Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of high and medium complexity projects including product launches, CAPEX investments, and cost savings initiatives
Drive portfolio value through Tomato Ketchup innovation and ESG projects impacting company NSV and EBIT
Manage senior stakeholder relationships across business units and Pod leadership
Represent Supply Chain interests in strategic Pod decisions
Coordinate cross-functional expertise engagement for project optimization
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and train organization members in project management methodologies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master degree

Experience

3/4 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain
