Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic scheduling support to Project Managers across multiple business sectors, ensuring optimal project delivery efficiency and timeline adherence for large-scale infrastructure initiatives
Develop and maintain comprehensive multi-disciplinary project schedules spanning the complete project lifecycle from initial concept through final construction handover
Execute critical integration of supplier and contractor programs into master project schedules, ensuring seamless coordination across all project stakeholders
Conduct advanced schedule analysis including resource loading, cost tracking, and performance monitoring with regular executive-level reporting on project status and corrective action recommendations

Requirements

Education

Relevant degree / higher diploma in project management, civil engineering, or a related discipline

Experience

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in general project planning, scheduling and control across road and rail projects in Ireland of varying size and complexity
