Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination and execution of complex scheduling activities across the Projects business area, directly impacting project delivery timelines and customer satisfaction
Drive strategic material planning and production scheduling initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation and timely customer delivery
Conduct comprehensive analysis of production status and identify critical bottlenecks that impact on-time delivery performance, providing actionable solutions to senior management
Execute data-driven optimization strategies to reduce inventory costs while simultaneously improving customer service levels and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain feasible production plans that align with business objectives and market demands
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Project managers, Coordinators, Product Engineers, Operations teams, and Shipping & Logistics to ensure seamless plan execution
Influence stakeholder decisions and manage complex project dynamics while providing strategic reporting to senior leadership on project progress, risk mitigation, and business outcomes

Requirements

Education

Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations Management) or equivalent work experience

Experience

Good and relevant experience in Production Planning

Required Skills

Advanced planning systems proficiency MRP / ERP systems experience, especially SAP Analytical and solution-driven mindset Complex problem solving abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with cross functional teams Highly motivated and enthusiastic approach Flexible approach to work with ability to adjust to evolving business priorities
