Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic project "Wachstum Aargau 2050" with full accountability for technical, organizational, and financial aspects
Develop comprehensive population growth scenarios and impact analyses across departments
Establish and manage cross-departmental project organization structures
Direct internal and external project communications
Coordinate inter-cantonal collaboration initiatives
Facilitate knowledge transfer and interdisciplinary exchange

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Economics, Political Science, Data-related Engineering, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Spatial Planning, Geography or equivalent

Experience

Several years of experience in complex project management and preferably in leadership roles
