Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic alignment between commercial requirements and operational capabilities across configuration management, production, engineering, procurement and transport functions, focusing on Head of Version (HoV) and mini HoVs as intermediate configurations to ensure seamless product delivery
Establish and maintain integrated HoV & mini HoV end-to-end planning frameworks that optimize aircraft development timelines and resource allocation across multiple business units
Monitor planning adherence and implement corrective measures for deviations, ensuring project milestones are met and maintaining operational excellence in aircraft development programs
Represent integrated planning in FCO (Flightline & Customer Operations) Core Teams and cross-functional teams including Airspace-Cabin and A321XLR Extra Long Range programs, influencing strategic decision-making at senior levels
Lead projects focused on reducing lead times and optimizing development processes, directly contributing to competitive advantage and operational efficiency improvements

Requirements

Education

Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (minimum Master's or Diploma degree)

Experience

Extensive experience in project management and several years of experience in the aerospace industry

Required Skills

Comprehensive knowledge in MS Project Negotiation-level English skills (minimum C1) Advanced German language skills (minimum B2) CV in English language required
