Key Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of global portfolio management frameworks across business units
Conduct cross-regional portfolio performance analysis using standardized metrics

Support cross-functional program planning in Project Systems Business

Education

Master's degree / diploma

Experience

Several years of experience as Program / Project Manager

Required Skills

SAP landscape expertise (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC) Portfolio/Program/Project Management knowledge Process management and KPI systems expertise Senior management communication skills Cross-cultural collaboration abilities English language proficiency Understanding of Asian cultures and business practices
