Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic Accounts Payable operations by managing cross-functional collaboration with Wipro BPO to ensure optimal payment processing efficiency and organizational cash flow management
Execute comprehensive monitoring and tracking of purchase orders and invoices across enterprise systems (M3 and Basware) to drive operational excellence and process optimization
Orchestrate critical payment disbursement coordination and review processes that directly impact vendor relationships and organizational financial credibility
Drive achievement of key performance indicators related to payments and invoicing to optimize working capital management and enhance organizational financial performance
Execute high-priority urgent payment monitoring and approval processes that require strategic decision-making and risk assessment capabilities
Conduct comprehensive expense claim reviews in Concur system ensuring compliance adherence and cost management across organizational spending
Manage strategic supplier statement reconciliations across the Asia region ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong vendor relationships

Own comprehensive Balance Sheet reconciliation responsibilities for Accounts Payable General Ledger accounts ensuring accurate financial reporting

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience. An accounting or auditing professional qualification is a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable analysis role is required.
