Key Responsibilities

Lead master data management across multiple enterprise QC systems including SAP, GQCLIMS, and specialized laboratory platforms
Provide strategic first-line support and end-user training for quality control systems
Drive technical evaluations and analytical procedure improvements
Coordinate critical documentation approvals ensuring GMP compliance
Support cross-functional teams in quality improvement initiatives
Manage technical aspects of improvement projects including resource allocation and benefits tracking
Ensure regulatory compliance through audit support and change control management

Requirements

Education

Degree level in scientific discipline (Desirable)

Experience

Experience working in GMP environment required
