Key Responsibilities

Lead total quality management systems implementation and maintenance
Drive strategic quality improvements and cultural transformation
Manage customer relationships and product performance reviews
Direct ISO9001 certification processes and quality council leadership
Oversee statistical analysis and consulting across departments
Develop and implement quality systems for new products
Manage quality department operations and budgets
Coordinate vendor certification and raw material quality assurance

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, or related field required, Masters preferred

Experience

Minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory role within quality
