Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Racial Disparities Task Force (RDTF) Project initiatives
Develop and implement strategies for reducing racial disparities in public health outcomes
Serve as expert liaison between community organizations and state agencies
Oversee equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
Manage relationships with community-based organizations and evaluators
Direct implementation of measurable disparity reduction strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in public health, health communication, health policy or related field; or master's degree in social work, counseling, special education with specialization in blind/visual disabilities; or master's degree in public/business administration with healthcare concentration

Experience

Four years of professional, post-master's experience as a consultant in public health, including two years equivalent to Public Health Consultant P11 or one year equivalent to Public Health Consultant 12
