Key Responsibilities

Lead system testing and evaluation of advanced radar systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements
Conduct complex validation and verification processes for newly developed radar systems and modification kits
Participate in live trials on navy ships and land-based test sites, providing critical performance analysis
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize radar system performance and functionality
Develop and implement evaluation criteria for high-end radar systems
Contribute to technical documentation and customer communication regarding system performance

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or related technical field

Experience
