Key Responsibilities

Lead development and testing of RAS diagnostic test cases for client SoCs with focus on system reliability enhancement
Perform advanced debugging of test case failures and provide detailed technical analysis to design teams
Drive test planning initiatives for RAS diagnostics with focus on platform stability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system serviceability

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

Experience

Bachelor's with >7 years or Master's with >5 years in RAS domain

Required Skills

Post Silicon diagnostics development & validation Expertise in C++ programming Good understanding of Server RAS architecture and FW flows Experience in DDR/PCIe error injection, error detection and error recovery Good understating of Machine Check Architecture (MCA), ECC, CRC, DRAM Scrubbers, PCIe AER Understanding of PC Hardware, SoC, Chipsets, Graphics cards, BIOS Knowledge of x86 software architecture Hands on experience in Linux OS internals Solid knowledge of software development life cycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills English: B2 Upper Intermediate
