Key Responsibilities

Lead innovation portfolio management for cosmetics and food markets product development
Direct R&D projects focused on new cosmetic ingredients discovery and optimization
Spearhead technical research and development of innovative formulations
Provide strategic technical support to Marketing & Sales for client relationship development
Manage cross-site R&D initiatives across France, Belgium, and Malaysia
Drive scientific excellence through technical skill development and knowledge management
Oversee project lifecycle from conception to implementation including documentation and stakeholder training

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in chemistry related field (material science, pharmacy, engineering, biochemistry)

Experience

10 years of experience as R&D engineer in cosmetics industry
