Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end innovation and new product development initiatives with direct P&L impact
Drive strategic partnerships between MegaFood brand marketing and Science & Technology teams
Develop and execute product launch strategies across DTC, E-commerce and retail channels
Manage cross-functional innovation projects with focus on speed-to-market and ROI

Requirements

Education

Four-year college or university degree required, MBA preferred

Experience

Minimum 4 years of Product Development and/or Project management experience, with 1 year in innovation
