Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage genomic data curation team including oversight of two staff members
Drive quality control and standardization of global outbreak datasets
Develop and maintain curation protocols and documentation
Coordinate cross-continental team operations between Asia and Americas
Provide expert training and capacity building for new team members
Analyze data trends and establish quality benchmarks

Requirements

Education

PhD or Master degree in Life Sciences (virology, microbiology, biology, or public health epidemiology)
