Key Responsibilities

Lead regional financial operations across 7 APAC countries with strategic oversight and P&L responsibility
Drive financial planning and analysis for regional operations with direct impact on business strategy
Manage cross-border treasury operations and risk management for significant transaction volumes
Oversee compliance and regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions
Direct master data governance and sanction screening processes
Lead regional finance transformation initiatives and system implementations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with experience in a regional finance leadership role

Required Skills

Strong understanding of treasury, financial control, tax, audit, insurance, and compliance in a multinational setting Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP B1) and advanced Excel or reporting tools (QlikView) Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Fluent in English and Chinese

Certifications

CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred
