Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Value Stream practices and Program Increment execution, directly impacting organizational delivery capabilities and strategic goal achievement
Drive PI planning events and commitment tracking, ensuring cross-functional alignment and optimized value delivery across multiple development teams
Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks that provide critical transparency into program health, metrics, and risk management across Capital Markets Technology
Escalate impediments and manage enterprise-level risks through strategic communication with Business Owners, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
Coach and mentor leadership teams and Scrum Masters in advanced Agile practices, building organizational capability and adaptability

Utilize advanced project management tools including JIRA, Quick Base, and Power BI for comprehensive project reporting and change management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

5-7 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager

Required Skills
