Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SEMI workflow and automation software delivery by coordinating Agile Release Train
Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and PI planning sessions
Track feature and capability execution while managing risks and dependencies
Provide Agile, Scrum and SAFe coaching to organization members
Support Product Management and Product Owners in strategic decision-making
Coach and empower Scrum Masters in their team roles
Coordinate with other RTEs to resolve systemic impediments

Requirements

Education

BSc or MSc degree

Experience

5 years of management experience in software environment

Required Skills

Agile/Scrum development process expertise Leadership and project management capabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Change management experience Customer needs analysis Multi-cultural team management

Certifications

Scrum or SAFe certification preferred
