Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and execution for enterprise-scale Agile delivery
Drive organizational Lean-Agile transformation through strategic coaching and mentoring
Manage cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder communications across global teams
Implement and optimize program-level KPIs and governance frameworks
Guide continuous improvement initiatives across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience

10 years IT and risk industry experience, 8+ years as Scrum Master, 3+ years as Release Train Engineer

Required Skills

Strong communicator with facilitation and collaboration skills Experience with Lean Portfolio Management Strong understanding of Clarity PPM, Confluence and Jira Experience with Agile methodologies and Enterprise scale Agile Experience applying Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking

Certifications

Scrum Master certification required Additional certifications preferred: CSM, CSPO, CSP, PMI ACP, SA, SPC, RTE, SSM, SASM
