Key Responsibilities

Lead Veeva CRM system support and optimization, ensuring system stability and user adoption
Develop and execute data analytics using SQL for brand performance analysis
Design and implement digital campaigns and customer distribution strategies
Create and maintain comprehensive CRM documentation and training materials
