Healthcare organizations are increasingly emphasizing equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives as core operational components, reflecting broader societal demands for culturally competent care and inclusive workplace environments. The integration of technology in mental health services is expanding, with telehealth capabilities and digital therapeutic tools becoming standard practice, though residential therapy maintains its essential in-person component.
