Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Reservations Department while coaching and supervising team members on advanced selling strategies, up-selling techniques, and negotiation methods that directly impact revenue optimization and market positioning
Provide critical tactical decision-making support to Director of Sales and General Manager by determining optimal yield management, market mix strategies, and pricing approaches to maximize occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR)
Conduct comprehensive competitive intelligence through monitoring competitor pricing across all distribution channels and provide strategic market analysis to track performance metrics including market penetration, fair market share, and competitive ranking for benchmarking purposes

Education
